Operations Manager

Are you the driving force behind smooth and efficient daily operations?

As a back-office employee, you’ll facilitate seamless collaboration between departments, ensure an efficient workflow, and strengthen our B2B sales support. In this dynamic and responsible role, you’ll oversee the company’s logistical operations and serve as a key contact point between our suppliers and sales team. To enhance our team, we’re looking for an enthusiastic colleague with a hands-on mentality.

What will you do?

  • Point of Contact & Responsible for ERP & B2B Platforms: You manage and optimize our ERP systems and B2B platforms, ensuring all processes run smoothly.
  • Order Processing for Production, Sales, and B2B: You’ll be responsible for processing production, sales, and B2B orders, ensuring they are handled accurately and on time.
  • Administrative Support for the Finance Department: You’ll support the finance team with administrative tasks, such as tracking invoices, payments, and other financial documentation.
  • Managing Inbound & Outbound Together with Our Logistics Partner: You’ll collaborate with our logistics partner to ensure that incoming and outgoing goods flow efficiently and on schedule.
  • Wholesale Customer Service: You’ll be the point of contact for our wholesale clients, handling inquiries and complaints, and providing excellent service.
  • Office & Showroom Management: You’ll manage the office and showroom, ensuring a professional appearance.

What do you bring?

  • A completed vocational (MBO) education, preferably in commerce, administration, or logistics.
  • Experience in a similar role, preferably in the fashion or retail sector.
  • Excellent command of both Dutch and English, spoken and written.
  • Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks at once.
  • Experience with ERP systems and B2B platforms.
  • A proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Affinity with fashion and sustainability.
  • Availability for 32 hours per week.
