RETURN POLICY

We think it is important that you are happy with your purchase of Law of the Sea. You can return the purchase if it does not meet your requirements. This also applies to items in the sale. You can return the products within 14 days of delivery, with the original labels attached and in the original packaging. However, it it not possible to sent the product back that has been used, damaged and / or washed.

How does a return work?
Follow these steps:

• Check whether your order is complete (original condition, price tag on it, unworn, etc.)
• Add the return document and clearly write on it that it concerns a return/ which item will be returned.
• Make sure you use the enclosed return label on your return parcel.
• Take the order to the assigned carrier written on your return label.
• Keep the track & trace code, this is proof of shipment.
• As soon as we have received your return package, we will refund your money. You will receive a confirmation. We aim to process all returns within 14 working days.

What can not be returned?

• Worn, used, damaged or washed products.
• Products that are not in their original condition.
• Products without labels / original packaging.

Is it possible to exchange my order?
Unfortunately, exchange or a swap of products is not possible for Law of the Sea. Would you like to order a different size? Please follow the steps described above and order a new item on our webshop. As soon as this item has been returned to us, we will refund your money.

What are the costs of returning?
The costs of returning a product is dependent on the location you send it from and will be deducted from your refund.

When will the payment be refunded?
If your purchase is returned according to our return conditions, we will refund the purchase amount including any shipping costs within 5 working days. The returning costs will be deducted from your original buying price.

It takes a few days before the order is returned to us. We strive to process the returns within 14 working days.
