Born in the Netherlands, a country shaped by water, where land and sea constantly redefine one another. It taught us the art of living in resilience. Law of The Sea began with an understanding of the oceanic rhythm. It remains our greatest source of inspiration, creating clothes that draw from the sea's contrast' simplicity and depth, stillness and motion. From this, a lifestyle emerged. It’s about how we move through life, finding pace in our own current. This connects us with those who live with intention.
Today, we keep exploring stories from coastlines and cultures around the world, connecting with people who share that same mindset. Everything we do is driven by the currents.
It reminds us to move forward,
because the ocean never stands still,
and neither do we.

SPRING 2026
FLEUR DE SEL
Salmarim is located along the Algarve coast, where salt has been harvested for generations. Here, fleur de sel forms naturally when sea water evaporates under the sun and wind, a process shaped entirely by environmental conditions. This is where we spent time during the Spring ’26 shoot. Observing, learning, and documenting how salt is harvested and used in everyday life.
Read about our trip to the salt banks below and find out, how an ancient tradition is still influencing our everyday life.
