Vacancy: Marketing Lead

Type: Full-time (32–40 hours)

About the Role

To strengthen our team, we’re looking for a Marketing Lead.
As Marketing Lead, you’ll help shape the next chapter of Law of the Sea. You’ll turn our brand strategy into concrete campaigns, activations, and collaborations. Both online and offline. You’ll make sure our story reaches the right audience, build a loyal community, and strengthen the brand experience across every touchpoint.
You’ll work closely with management, creative partners, and our e-commerce team to further develop and grow the Law of the Sea brand. From social media to retail activations. Do you get energized by building, creating, and activating and are you eager to play a key role in our journey toward a stronger consumer brand? Then this is your chance to become a part of the Law of the Sea team.

Responsibilities

  • Plan and execute campaigns around product drops, seasons, and brand activations.
  • Collaborate with our creative partners (such as Sendero Studio) to bring storytelling content to life.
  • Ensure our content truly reaches and resonates with the consumer through social, email, PR, and events.
  • Build our community: partner with influencers, organize activations, pop-ups, and collaborations.
  • Contribute to overall brand growth: from data to design, from channels to conversion.

Requirements

  • You have 2–5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or brand activation ideally within fashion or lifestyle.
  • You’re entrepreneurial, creative, and not afraid to make things happen.
  • You love brands with a story and know how to turn that story into a real-life brand experience.
  • You think strategically but also enjoy writing, planning, posting, and testing yourself.
  • You thrive in a small team where freedom, ownership, and direct impact come naturally.
