About the Role

To support our rapid growth, we are looking for an E-commerce Manager to join our team. As E-commerce Manager, you will be responsible for Law of the Sea’s digital sales channels. You will develop and implement the e-commerce strategy, preserve the online brand identity, and ensure a seamless customer journey: from first click to delivery. You’ll work closely with marketing, sales, and logistics to provide our (inter)national customers with the ultimate online shopping experience.

As E-commerce Manager, you are responsible for the digital sales channels of Law of the Sea. You develop and execute the e-commerce strategy, monitor brand identity, and ensure the online customer experience is smooth and consistent.

Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute the e-commerce strategy for B2C and B2B.
  • Analyze sales data, customer behavior, and conversion metrics to drive growth.
  • Optimize the webshop and online customer journey.
  • Coordinate online campaigns, product launches, and promotions.
  • Manage external partners (web development, SEA/SEO agencies, fulfilment).
  • Manage the e-commerce budget and achieve revenue targets.
  • Initiate innovations in online retail and marketing automation.

You are

  • A strategic thinker with a hands-on mentality.
  • Analytical, result-oriented, and entrepreneurial.
  • Commercially minded with a strong sense for branding and storytelling.
  • Experienced in e-commerce (3–5 years), ideally within fashion or lifestyle.
  • Familiar with Shopify, Google Analytics, SEO/SEA, and email marketing.
  • Someone who thrives on growth, innovation, and brand building.
